You may add just about any liquid or fruit puree to an ice-cube tray and stick it in the freezer for a few hours. Add your favorite spritzer (which even boosts digestion). Then, Voila! There is excitement.

Heat until the pudding is thick and clumpy. Cool a bit, then pour into ice-cube trays. Freeze for about an hour, then add popsicle sticks and freeze until solid. Serve outdoors on a hot day.
