Are you stressed and need a lift to get through your family’s needs?
Do you have postpartum depression?
Have you yelled at the kids, okay, more than once?
Are your kids stressed and fighting?
You can find relief!
There are some essential oil options for immediate relief you can use. You can diffuse essential oils into the air or add a few drops to a relaxing bath with some Epsom salts or our favorite, Dead Sea bath salts. I have even frequently, in a pinch, just dabbed a few drops of essential oils on my neck or my wrists. All of these methods do work. Roller bottles are a good option with kid safe oils or diluted oils.
Mix and match the oils that best fit your needs, or for more information, grab a copy of The Complete Book of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy. Valerie Worwood’s book contains many different combinations for stress-related issues.
***Special note: If you use essential oils with children, care and caution are urged by many in the form of dilution or using kid safe oils and only on children over the age of 2.

One final note is that many of the companies have their own blends of calming, anxiety, stress-relief or even digestive blends. I am a supplier for Young Living essential oils, but when cost is important, I personally use Edens Garden oils and blends, or Plant Therapy. Both brands are fairly inexpensive, and pharamceutical grade.
